Who we are

Gems Lumière ("we", "us") is a Life Diamond atelier in Singapore. This notice explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you enquire or commission a piece, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the details you choose to share about your enquiry, and — for a commission — billing details and records relating to your sample and its chain of custody.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry; to arrange consultations; to prepare quotations; to carry out, document and deliver your commission; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us fulfil your commission — for example our laboratory, certification body (IGI), and courier — and, where you were referred by a memorial partner, with that partner to the extent needed to coordinate your sample. Service providers that host our website and email may also process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Commission records, including provenance documentation, are kept for as long as they remain useful to you and as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@gemslumiere.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
